It is the policy of Clearly Understood to maintain all inquiries, searches, search reports, as well as client identities in strict confidence. Every employee and agent of Clearly Understood has been instructed to abide by this policy at all times and for all matters. To this end, all search reports will be delivered only to the authorized person or persons identified at the time the order is placed.
